REFUNDS AND RETURNS
All the Details
1) Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery or collection and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
2) Goods must be in original, pristine packaging and in returnable and re-sellable condition.
3) Any special order item is non-refundable without exception.
4) We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on any item.
5) If the original payment was by cheque, then only a cheque refund can be issued and this may take up to 5 working days to issue.
6) If the original method of payment was by credit or debit card we will charge an additional 5% card-handling fee.
7) If the original method of payment was by cash then we may require 24-hour notice. A 2.5% handling fee will be charged.
8) All refunds are issued at the management's discretion.
